Drone Spraying Process
Step 1: Field Survey
Before spraying, our team conducts field assessment: GPS RTK area measurement, obstacle identification, and crop/pest condition evaluation.
Step 2: Flight Planning
Using DJI SmartFarm software to draw precise field boundaries, set row spacing (4-6m), flight altitude (2-3m above canopy), and spray flow rate.
Step 3: Loading
Mix pesticides per recommended dosage, load into drone tank (25L-100L depending on model), check nozzles and pump system.
Step 4: Automated Flight
Drone follows programmed route with RTK precision (±2cm), automatic obstacle avoidance via radar, and terrain following.
Step 5: Reporting
System generates automatic report: area sprayed, chemical usage, coverage map, and execution time.
